Located in the heart of the Gallente Federation, Renyn was the site of one of the live events which heralded the beginning of the Sansha Incursions into New Eden. Though no abductions were reported during the event, the existence of the Renyn Meten class of Incursion Rat suggests that some abductions occurred but were not discovered at the time. Perhaps abduction victims were believed to have been killed, or the authorities intentionally covered up knowledge of the abductions.

Beyond that, Renyn has proven to be rather dull really. Another typical orange star, local seems to be mostly made up of people who have filtered out of the newbie system of Duripant. The Sansha assault seems to have left no lasting marks on this system, which appears devoid of beacons. I do notice two Cosmic Signatures, but I lack any probing equipment or skills currently, so those will have to wait for another day. I dock up, and make myself a guest of the Federal Intelligence Service for the evening. 3 down, 4997 to go.
